Comparing to what you have not
Hoping you find that companion
Because that’s what the norm say
“You have to be with someone, have kids,
A house with a garden, a steady income,
A car, gadgets, friends to show off the above”
What is life!
Is it love

... to be or not
Loved by someone you’ve got
Or is it someone you wish
To hold and have that kiss
Or are you that someone special
Without, you are missed
Maybe its the things you crave for
Or what you really want to do
What could it be
Connected to you
Who are you ...
Are you the one!
Who is created for me
Please let it be
Thoughts of you - ecstasy
Overloaded with desire
Heart, mind and body
Catch a fire
Can’t believe it’s my time to retire
Yep! That’s right! I’m 65
Still thinking bout what keeps me alive
Been like this seems forever
Always looking for that injection of pleasure
Pleasure for me -
All you need is music
All this time, talking bout my song
Singing, dancing
Can’t go wrong
Just keep it playing
On the radio or in the club
Jive, Samba, dash in some rub a dub
Don’t stop til you drop
Dead on the beat coming round
In a different sound
Like you need it

Needs or deeds
What is the different
Is it as clear cut as that!
Well yes! As a matter of fact
Deeds is what you do for another
Needs is what you require
Could be what you want for yourself
Either physical or not emotions left on the shelf

Slapping on the ground?
Ever followed a butterfly's
Erratic flight?
Or gazed at the sun
With silver clouds light

When you ask, “How are you?”
